We arrived early & met Nina at reception, who kindly arranged for our things to be looked after securely whilst we had a walk. At check in Nina was exceptionally friendly yet still professional. The room was much as expected, & on a very hot day we were grateful for the AC to be on & the room to be cool. Nice linens/ towels /toiletries compliments tray. The outside area was spacious and very well set out. We had a very nice dinner outside ( good vegetarian offerings). Breakfast was very impressive. 1 chef on duty, but I still received a vegetarian sausage and poached eggs cooked to order. My partner enjoyed the buffet, which was fresh/ hot. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. We will definitely be returning & will make use of the leisure facilities.

This was a lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Very comfortable and lovely decor in a contemporary style. There is a wellness centre with gym pool and steam rooms etc which was open every day and very relaxing. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly and especially lovely was Kane at reception, nothing was too much trouble and his local knowledge of the area was very helpful to us. We had an issue with our room on the first night and this was sorted out quickly with a new room allocated. The food was also lovely with a buffet breakfast with everything that you could want. This was a lovely hotel with welcoming staff which we enjoyed very much.

The best dog friendly hotel I have ever stayed, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay with our dogs great. The hotel was clean and fully air conditioned and the bed was so comfy with a very large room. The grounds were beautiful and you could also walk along the river with the dogs. The food was excellent and the breakfast was a banquet. I could not fault the service or the hotel the dogs were aloud everywhere and the staff even brought water and dog treats over. A great stay had by all thx to all the staff, who were polite and friendly and helpful.

We checked in at 00:30 but were greeted by the friendly receptionist Gabriel. It was late and we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. However Imd made a mistake with our booking & reserved the wrong dates. It could gave bern a nightmare but Gabriel was kind and reassuring and fixed the problem. That level of customer service provided an excellent start to our experience and left a lasting impression.

Everything else including the concierge young lady greeting us and seating us for breakfast. Julie a waitress on a sat and sun special mention for brightening our day. Also special mention to young blonde long haired lady on reception Sunday 2nd July who found my purse and made sure I got it back. Thank you all we will be back again.
